2. Definitions

  • Agency: Azzora Agency, which provides management and promotional services.

  • Content Creator: The individual or entity utilizing the Agency’s services to manage their OnlyFans account.

  • Platform: OnlyFans, the platform where the Content Creator publishes content.

  • Services: Management, marketing, and other related services provided by the Agency to enhance the Content Creator's presence on OnlyFans.

 

3. Scope of Services The Agency will provide the following services:

  • Account management, including content scheduling, messaging, and customer interaction.

  • Marketing and promotion to increase followers and revenue.

  • Financial management, including collection and disbursement of earnings.

  • Content strategy and advice to maximize audience engagement.

4. Responsibilities of the Content Creator

​​

  • The Content Creator must provide the Agency with necessary access to their OnlyFans account.

  • The Content Creator agrees to comply with all OnlyFans terms and policies.

  • The Content Creator is responsible for creating content and ensuring it adheres to all applicable laws and OnlyFans guidelines.

5. Payment Terms

​​

  • The Agency will take a % commission from the net earnings of the Content Creator’s OnlyFans account.

  • Payments will be disbursed to the Agency weekly.

  • Any additional fees or expenses incurred for promotions will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

6. Intellectual Property

​​

  • All content created by the Content Creator remains their intellectual property.

  • The Agency may use the Content Creator’s content solely for promotional purposes on OnlyFans or agreed platforms.

​

7. Confidentiality

​​

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive information, including account details, earnings, and personal data.

8. Liability

​​

  • The Agency is not responsible for any losses incurred due to platform downtime, account suspension, or any other issues beyond its control.

  • The Content Creator agrees to indemnify the Agency against any legal claims arising from their content or interactions on OnlyFans.

9. Termination

​​

  • Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.

  • Upon termination, the Agency will hand over account control to the Content Creator and settle any outstanding payments.

10. Force Majeure

​​

  • The Agency is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or changes in platform policies.

​

11. Dispute Resolution

​​

  • Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration in the United Kingdom.

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

​

12. Changes to Terms

​​

  • The Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Content Creators will be notified of any changes, which will take effect immediately upon posting.
